Eric + Jackie's Reynold's Square & The Olde Pink House Savannah, GA Wedding

Updated: Feb 22, 2021

Jackie and Eric were a dream to work with. Full of energy and smiles, you could tell they loved people and they loved Savannah. Although they lived in New York, anytime we were able to meet in person, it felt like a visit from an old friend. I wasn't at all surprised to find that their guests were just as friendly and fun to be around.

The sweetest kiss.

J+E made sure to welcome their guests in true Savannah style having "Forest Gump" meet them at the Marshall House and guide them to Cha Bella's for a fun welcome reception.

The next day was wedding day and it didn't disappoint. It was a beautiful cool sunny day full of love and laughter.

The dress!

Jackie and Eric both had rooms at the Marshall House where they got ready with family and friends.

The perfect cuff links. These New Yorkers shared a love for theater and even met there, while Erik was directing a show and Jackie performing.

My favorite part of their printed items, was the custom logo featuring J+E and The Olde Pink House created by designer Lisa Curran.

First City Events' planner Victoria, helps Jackie with final touches before she heads out for the first look. Cool fact-with this suite at the Marshall House, you step out of the oversized windows right on to a large private balcony.

First Look.

White wedding bouquet.

With an eye for visual details, E+J requested a different layout than we had ever seen in Reynold's Square and I loved it. White church pews went "around" the monument and faced the beautiful trees Savannah is known for.

Garden on the Square completed the look with a natural arch and pew markers.

Flower girl.

The moment the groom sees his beautiful bride.

Beautiful.

J+E say "I do!" and guests toss petals as they recess down the aisle.

Pictures by the Pink House were made even more fun when some cool rides drove by.

Wedding Cake.

These drink toppers/escort cards were creative and fun. One side had their name and table number, the other side said "Please leave my drink. I'm still Partying at the Pink House."

This window at the Pink House not only held their wedding cake, but also over looks the ceremony site of Reynold's Square.

Garden on the square added just the right touch to the already beautiful fireplaces at the Pink House.

Food was at the top of the list along with entertainment. After dining out at several Savannah favorites, Erik and Jackie decided that the service and food at the Pink House was their top pick.

Jackie and Erik didn't miss a beat with their choregraphed first dance.

And then they danced. And danced. And danced some more! The evening started off with the always fun Legacy Band and hours later, the after party began with First City Events' DJ Jeff. I was blown away that Jeff could keep them going, after they had already danced for so long, but they were here to have a good time & they did!

Thank you to event vendor team who helped to make this a wonderful wedding for Jackie + Erik!
