The day began in Savannah's Historic Green-Meldrim House, where the bride’s family celebrated a wedding decades prior; and the evening ended with a special surprise honoring the bride’s culture…a Chinese Lion Dance! Orchids took center stage in this beautiful bridal bouquet by Kato Florist.
The ceremony was infused with culture as the officiant explained the meaning behind so many of the Jewish and Christian customs that are involved in the wedding ceremony.
They even had an gospel choir! It was so much fun and they sounded so great!
We moved into the reception right on time, with panoramic views of Downtown Savannah in Desoto Hotel’s Harborview Room, just as the sun was setting.
Blue linens, greenery and candle light completed the bride's vision for the reception space.
The view of the Cathedral from the windows of the Harborview Room at the Desoto are amazing.
